The real notice needs to be sourced from ui/policies/ and reviewed by counsel, aligned to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act — notice-at-collection language, the categories of personal data collected through lead capture and consent checkboxes, and how a visitor’s consent snapshot is stored and can be withdrawn.

What this page needs before launch

1. Final DPDP-aligned notice copy from ui/policies/, including data-residency language (AWS ap-south-1) and the specific data categories captured by the pre-chat flow builder’s lead-capture fields.
2. A description of how per-lead consent snapshots are stored and how a visitor can request their data or withdraw consent.
3. The same versioning treatment as the Terms page — a version and effective date per revision, with old consent always resolving to the text that was live when it was recorded.
